This Boxing Club, established in 1989, offers open sessions to both ladies and gentlemen throughout the week, with advice on general fitness and nutrition also. Private group sessions are available, as too are one to one sessions, encouraging positive behaviour and attitude to all participants and members. Regular updates about club activities, projects and news are posted on the club website.
