Menu of Training

We are committed to providing a range of training opportunities based on the workforce needs within the Black Country. We gain this insight through our online workforce development system which involves our workforce audiences completing a training needs analysis, which identifies their workforce needs. Alternatively, we gain insight through consultations, surveys and learnings which informs future ways of working.

We also provide Minimum Operating Standards which are requirements that apply to all coaches, as these are the basic standards a coach needs to carry out their delivery safely. This includes Safeguarding & Protecting Children, Emergency First Aid and Mental Health Awareness in Sport and physical activity.
