Contract Opportunity to Support Active Black Country with the Active Lives Children's Survey

The Active Lives Children’s Survey is a national survey being run by Sport England and has been developed in conjunction with the Department for Education, Department for Health and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. The survey is a 20 minute online questionnaire for children aged 5-16. Active Black Country is seeking an individual to join their team for a fixed term contract to work with a number of schools across Sandwell and Dudley to support and carry out the Sport England Active Lives Children’s Survey.

Specific Objectives of the work:

1. Notify identified schools of selection, through a range of methods.

2. Support the appropriate member of staff through the preparation phase of the survey.

3. Liaise with schools to ensure surveys are conducted meeting the requirements and before the relevant deadlines.

4. Develop 4 case studies from across the two areas demonstrating the benefits of schools completing the survey.

Closing date for responses: Friday 5th January 2018 (5pm)

For more information you can download the Specific Contract Details and the Invitation Letter.
