Physical Activity Provider, One to One Mentoring
Operating in an economically challenging locality the Club has over 350 participants and 45 volunteer coaches, mentors and managers. We run 20 hours of football sessions per week. We maximise participation, improve the social, physical and psychological well-being of the participants. Our aims and objectives are to get more under represented young people involved in playing sport, volunteering and youth social action. Outside of the physical face to face coaching sessions, the managers and coaches make themselves available to parents for invaluable support, advice guidance and mentoring to members about issues such as: player performance, development and behaviour. We deal with first aid, safeguarding, child welfare and discipline issues.
